Super last minute but I'm gonna be riding around Ocala a little bit this weekend. If any buddy might be interested in a future ride we should plan something. Or maybe even a Hardrock 4x4 park day. It's in Ocala and it is supposed to be fun.

Ocala didn't have a lot to offer for technical but it was fun. We found a bunch of trails that added to my pin striping collection. Some of the trails are listed as OHV but you can barely squeeze a ATV through them.

We found this spot after we already camped. I think this would make a good spot for a future trip.

I hope you get your trans problems worked out. You could always yank out the auto and put a manual in it. I'm probably gonna do that if my auto trans goes out on me. It seems a few of us are in the Ocala area or within driving distance. We should try and set up a trail ride later this month maybe. I don't know my way around well but I have a knack at getting un-lost.

Mud to be exact. Bring beer.

What you Floridians call "mud" just might be what we call "wet sand". I grew up in that area, and it was nothing like the mud up here in TN.

Yea, florida's mostly one big sandbar. But in north Florida we have real mud, Google "iron horse mud ranch or puddin creek mud bog" . Both are in perry, Florida. Or look on YouTube, trucks gone wild have filmed there many times. There's even some "red dirt roads" clay around Tallahassee. I was raised in Tampa area and hunted all of central Florida, mostly around Kissimmee. River ranch, sugar sand , palmetto's and pines as far as the eye can see.
