Changing a 95 Passport to a 89 style with sealed beam headli

Postby MTpassport » Tue May 09, 2017 9:45 pm

Hey guys,
I have a 95 Passport and I love the look of the front end, but I have a dilemma. I am a light nerd and I want to build some headlights with a aftermarket HID projector or run a high end LED 6054. The 95 has no options for a clear lense and the fluted lense would mess up the beam from a projector. My question is, how much do I have to change to change back to the sealed beam headlights? Can I bolt in new buckets or do I have to change out the radiator core support. The difference in lighting would be night and day. I have tons of LED lights already but want something street legal and bright. Thanks

Maybe drill a few holes and connectors might be different, but the front end of the car is the same.
