98 rodeo (passport...if it matters) wondering if its pre wired for factory alarm, i know its pre wired for fog lights. Is it difficult to instal factory alarm if it isnt pre wired?

Does your truck have power door locks?

Typically the power door locks are integrated into the Anti-Theft and Keyless-Entry electronics since the door locks enable and disable the Anti-Theft system. It may be you have a factory installed Anti-Theft and Keyless-Entry system already. If you don't have a factory installed system, having the power door locks makes installing an aftermarket Anti-Theft/Keyless-Entry/ Remote Start pretty easy.
