Drive Selector Problem

Postby Plimbob » Wed Jan 11, 2017 2:01 pm

We are having an issue with 99 Passport (Rodeo) when you try to depress the drive selector button to put it in gear it is locking up unless you put pressure on the selector to the left and then the locking button works as it should? Is this a result of linkage issues or is it a problem inside the selector? Anyone had this problem and if so what is the remedy.

Feedback much appreciated.

The Park Position Detect Switch may need adjusting.
