The Red/Green wire connected to Pin 1 of the ECM/PCM relay goes to Pin 10 of body connector H-7 located in the engine compartment on LH inner fender. A loose or dirty connector may be the cause of the problem.

when i get home tonight & test to see if there is 12v on pin 10:

if no 12v or lower voltage, replace wire from relay to pin 10 location?
if 12v, where do I check next?

I just want to get to the next point. It seems as if you are done for the day when I am just starting my work. You help is immensely appreciated.

Buster, thanks for all of your help. There was a loose connection in the H-7 wire bundle. I repaired the connection & the car starts up now & with all the correct voltages. Once again, thanks for all of your help.

This is a good example showing why troubleshooting using a test lamp rather than a volt meter is a bad idea.
