95 Rodeo

Postby ben10nnery » Wed Dec 28, 2016 2:27 am

I am the new proud owner of a 95 Rodeo with the 3.2! A lot of fun off road, not a lot of fun with the gas mileage. Only a tiny bit of rust on the back wheel wells. Needs some exhaust work but besides that the engine is in great shape and I want to spend some time modifying it a bit. What are some good places to find aftermarket stuff? I would for sure want to look at some lights and also what do you recommend for a rack? Hopefully it isn't too hard to find stuff for it now. Also, what should I look for besides the regular maintenance and stuff like that? It got a new timing belt 30000 km ago and there's no chatter. AC blows cold.

Sorry for all the questions and thanks for the help in advance! I'm looking forward to the adventures with it.

Congrats on your Rodeo purchase. You didn't say if yours is an auto or manual or the mileage. If it's an auto, before you do to much else, have the tranny serviced. Previous owners sometimes neglect this, especially if there is no dipstick present and they let the fluid get low, which doesn't make for a happy tranny.
