Christmas presents

Postby N law » Wed Jan 07, 2015 5:35 pm

So everyone just got their christmas bonuses and christmas presents. What all did you get? Any presents to yourself?

My wife picked up an 18volt Dewalt 1/2 impact gun! I was jazzed!

Very nice. I've been looking to get a cordless impact. Would make trips to the junk yard a whole lot easier.

Not funny...

I'm excited about my new toy but what did everyone else get? Surely there's something I can put on next years list already!

I noticed Lowe's had a two-pack of 18v XRP batteries on sale for $99. This is close to 1/2 price if you think you might need spares.

Thanks! Two years ago I got the drill from my wife and I ended up with a second battery at that time. My dad runs the same battery pack and said one of his went down so he wanted one for his birthday. I went to buy just a battery and it was as expensive as buying a drill with two batteries, so I got a drill, battery and a case and he got the second battery! So I have plenty of batteries. Last year, my dad got me the 20v drill/driver combo. Now my 18volt batteries are going to be used for this one.
