Anybody planning on shooting? Little guns or big guns?

Yeah Ssiggy URE cabins were all booked almost two months ago when I first checked, those cabins stay booked on weekends. My wife checked my camping gear a few weeks ago, after looking at my sleeping bag and my tent, she suggested a cabin or a motel. I'm pretty sure I no longer have a sleeping bag or a tent.

I'll be headed down with Willie and staying the cabin with him. Finally got Pandora running decent, legal and inspected. Never been to and hope to have some fun even if I don't do and trail rides.

If interested, we will volunteer to do a chili bar along with desserts for Friday night, 11/4 at URE. We will need to obtain a headcount on who is interested.

If you're interested in taking Pandora out on the trails, I'd be happy to guide you through some of the ones that can be done comfortably even in a stock vehicle... an open invitation to anyone for that matter!

As long as they can be done stock in 2wd with an LSD, still don't have a good cv shaft on the drivers side so I don't have 4wd. But I'd love to go on some small trails. Also if any body wants photos, I'm bring my photography gear and I can usually get some good photos.

Egagnon, I should have extra space if you want to crash. I will only have one small tent, lantern, stove and an 88 trooper. I'll be there Friday afternoon.

Has anyone seen Badin Lake lately? How's the water level? A friend just went through that area and said all the lakes are way low right now. The ones he saw were to low to use the boat ramps. I'm hoping to bring the bassboat.

I havent been down that way in a bit, but just a couple of weeks ago we had all that rain from that hurricane so I would think the level of the lakes would be back up. I know that High Rock Lake in Lexington is high again.

While we need the rain, I sure hope it doesn't... weather looks good so far.

I'm really looking forward to seeing everyone again! I've been "off the grid" (so to speak) for awhile abd looking forward to catching up. We'll be staying by the bath house again in space 46.

Off topic question. Does anyone have a 4wd emblem from the rear hatch of a 1991 and older Trooper or 97 and older Rodeo that they would like to get rid of?
Image

If none are available, Ssiggy, do you think it would be possible to make a decal version of the above emblem?

Thanks all.

Since the trails can be a little chaotic on Saturdays I figured it would be a logical day to make the paddle trip to check out the caves at Narrows Dam:

https://www.google.com/maps/d/edit?mid=1KAf6E1KBdJsE0bu_bi3vcR1Vod0

At this stage I'm planning on heading out in the morning and estimate the trek will take 3-4 hours overall (never done this so just a rough guess), if anyone is interested in going let me know and I'll help work out the logistics!
