man... that looks like a GREAT obstacle course for the IsuZoo family to play on!

out of curiosity... it seems so many farmers have called it quits and put their disc/bottom plow to bed in a back field... why you building from scratch? most of my equipment has come from 'the old guys' who were glad to find 'a young guy' who was going to give it a go... (i think it's really because they didn't really think i had it in me and wanted to laugh, but heck, it was free!!!)

 yup tators, kennebec's

I save so much $$ making stuff, plus....I am like that and need a project, metal is basically free and I like to do it

the trailer hitch was about $25 and the row-er was $5.95 for the plow point, the 2 disc were $16 shipped so I have $50 in 3 implements...it's a good deal too me

I got a 2 point 18" bottom plow for gas money really, the MF model 25 disc was the best one made and it was 1/4 of the price (old guy liked me)

I can get the bigger stuff at great prices due to the smaller tractors nowadays can't pull them...I traveled 4 hours for the plow and it is like new condition

oops hyjacked

Mario!!!

I need a cigar and 2 fingers of bourbon

I hope to get down there friday night/saturday morning...momma and friends are staying with the KIDDS :P

Looks like I will not be able to attend this one...I was looking forward to meeting some of you.
I was in "023, UPPER LOOP" but cancelled it today so if needed, it's up for grabs.

Thanks and hope to take another shot at this or something like this in the future.

Sorry to hear that Bruce. Keep an eye out for a GWNF trip. We will be discussing it around the campfire at Uwharrie.

Got you covered Doug, just don't tell Lisa. Actually, I was thinking about a cigar and some nice vintage port. I expect to get some potatoes in the Fall!

Anybody got a spare CV boot (passenger side, not sure if it matters)?

I've been busting my --- trying to get my Trooper ready and just saw tonight that my passenger side one is torn....

I've put too much I to this to not come, so I'm taking it, but I was hoping one of you heroes might be able to hook me up and possibly help me change it in the campground...

Hey folks, go ahead and use my campsite, #13. I was intending to arrive today, but it seems everything under the sun has hindered me from getting on the road. I'll see what tomorrow brings and may make it down there after all. If so, I'll stay tomorrow night.

Hope y'all are having a blast!
Beater88 is our pretty capable (though NOT pretty) junkyard refugee with a hodgepodge of parts to make it go: a 2.6 with a 4ZD1 head, automatic trans, '87 10-bolt rear with an old Lock Right 3111, whatever tires we have lying around that hold air, and random salvage parts added as needed to keep it rolling. We're as happy as if we had good sense!

I just want to say it was awesome meeting everyone and how much i appreciate the hospitality. I couldn't even keep up with all the people and vehicles haha. Honestly thought what a great bunch of people. Basically was just like being camping with family !!! Pretty sure I blew something in my transfer case and it's popping out of 4-low. I'm taking it as the opportunity to not only remove and dissect a VehiCross transfer case, but also to install some better gears, actual u-joint front driveshaft and have a real 2-high, 4high and 4low.

Awesome trip as usual!!! Everyone had a blast! Was great to see everyone again and meet a few new people! We all had a great time on the trails too! My son and his friend loved it!

Now, Northern VA can suck eggs. We get to southern VA and signs everywhere about a major accident north of Richmond with all lanes blocked on 95 north bound. Had to divert 130 miles out of the way and what should have been 8 hours turned into 11 hours! Ugh!

The supercharger kicked butt on the way home and I was passing tractor trailers up hill going 65 mph! Minor hiccup close to home because of I think heat again but man. It's fun to drive even towing almost 4000lbs behind her.

Glad you made it back OK. I figured you would be down there still the way the amigo looked as we were leaving. :D

In all fairness we stopped for BBQ at the BBW exchange in VA. All the stops cost us about 1 1/2 hours.
