We should think up some kinda Isuzu wacky gift for Janet to remember us by. But keep it small in size so its not an imposition for her to bring on the move to Maine.

Actually, it was some tourist not knowing how to use a wood burning fireplace. Probably forgot to open the flute and got embers on the carpet after the condo filled up with smoke.

Unfortunately, I own a timeshare unit in the complex. Have had it for over 30 years. Met my wife there. probably conceived my first child there. Given the extent of the damage and the fact that the number of owners has been declining (people got too old to ski and didn't like the ever increasing maintenance fees), my guess is that the owners will decide not to rebuild.

Wow! That's a shame. Luckily it was just property damage and no one was injured or died in the fire. I'm sorry about the loss but glad you're going to be able to make it to Uwharrie. Hope it gets resolved quickly. See ya in April!

With having to take Garrett's transmission back out again it looks like we are going to have to miss this one. :( The truck will be in our garage for at least another two weeks at least and I won't be able to get done the stuff to my truck in time for the trip.

That goes for any national park campground and most state parks. What you do with that info is your business. Discretion is the better part of valor!

I think it has less to do with bottles and more to do with not acting like a drunken fool in public. We wont be the only folks in the campground.
