So is the weekend after Halloween weekend out of the question?

Yes that weekend. The first weekend is Halloween Weekend so that's out I'm sure but that following weekend might work best for most. I know it would give me extra time to actually have a truck ready to bring down.

**I think it may be time to start a poll thread for the options available and see what works out best?

Discussed this with Jerry. He just wants a decision so he can book his site. I agree.

Maybe someone should set up a poll so we can get this resolved? We are never going to reach consensus.

NOV 6-9 WEEK END WOULD BE FINE FOR ME THATS AFTER HALLOWEEN SO EVERYBODY SHOULD BE ABLE TO MAKE IT

WILL BE A LOT COOLER THEN ANYWAY.
