I'm thinking about 31x10.50 or 32x11.50, with Toyota 4runner 8" wide rims. 31's are more common to install.
But 32's offers more look, affect in performance on 32 tire height?
Or not go to install more than 31's?
One thing to consider, probably affecting the performance more than the added weight is the final effective rear ratio. With a 4.56 rear and standard 235x75x15 tire size, when moving up to 32x10.5x15 your rear ratio becomes 4.12. That's higher than 4.56 and you may end up shifting out of 5th on even the smallest hill. With my 89 RS which came with a 4.77 rear and 31x10.5x15 tires new, the previous owner stepped down a size to 235x75x15 which puts my effective rear ratio over 5.00. It runs like a striped ape, and when I go back to 31x10.5 x15 tires it will look cooler, but I'll bet it won't run as well.
