I'm sure this question had been answered in part on the forums several times between many different posts, but i'm new to the tire/wheel game so I thought I'd ask it again. I have a first generation 1991 Isuzu Trooper with no lift and I want that Tall Skinny look, but I am also on a budget.

Listed below is the Wheel and Tire combo that I "think" will work and I just want to make sure before I go purchasing it online. I know the Pilot Diameter is too small, but that can be milled larger. I am not sure about how the offset works or the "bead" of the tire vs the rim. Anything else I'm missing let me know.

Those rims don't list the offset so I personally wouldn't waste the money to buy them. The tires will fit just fine. Why don't you just use the stock steel wheels that come on 1g Troopers? They aren't usually pretty easy to find and cheap. Or buy a set of Toyota Tacoma steelies which are a direct fit.

The wheels list zero offset which would be a 3.5 backspace on a 6 inch wheel. The hub bore is too small. You need a 108mm or 4.25 hub bore. Also, those are trailer wheels, not sure if they would be ok on a vehicle.
According to the thread below, you can fit a 33" tire, but I'll let more experienced folks answer that. The tires you posted are bias-ply, I'm not sure I would want a bias ply tire on my vehicle. http://www.planetisuzoo.com/viewtopic.p ... +gen+tires

Looks like you want something similar to what Andy had on his blue one. He hasn't been very active lately and he did sell the blue one and is probably working on another project
