My 02 trooper. Just got through swapping the body to a 98 with manual transmission. 3 inch suspension lift and one inch body lift. Bigger tires coming someday.
Swapped body and all wiring. Used my loader and skid steer to lift bodies off. Spent 2 days just swapping harnesses around. That's plastidip. First time using it. Turned out decent, I have some spots to touch up. I've since added light bars front and rear and have an appointment to get windows tinted.
That sounds like a lot of work. Dip looks good in the pic. So it's a 2002 body with the frame and guts a 98? Sometimes it's hard to keep these part swaps straight.
You got it. It was a lot of work but unfortunately I was to invested in this thing to get rid of it when other engine died.
