Speedometer Cable Lube?

Seen many different suggestions, white lithium grease OK??

Oughta work just fine. Lubriplate 105 comes to mind. If you have a farm supply store nearby, corn head grease (commonly used in John Deere tractors) might be a bit cheaper. If you already have a tube of whatever white lithium grease kicking around, use it!
