1989 Trooper RS in NJ

If it was closer I'd buy it. Low miles, perfect interior. It even has rear seats but without bolsters. BUT...seller discloses there is significant rust in frame.

Busted grill, aftermarket sunroof, rusted out frame and exhaust, missing interior. It's worth maybe half what they are asking IMO, just because it runs.

Also the Troop is shown with "snowflakes", but the wheel description is "steel"! Is the current owner switching to steel wheels prior to sale?
