HD Ceramic clutch for the 2.6L

Eaton Clutch Supply has an HD Ceramic clutch for the 2.6L, 6 puck, 6 spring, 6 rivet, 550ft/lb pressure plate = $175 shipped. This is their E-Bay Store.
Their website doesn't list the ceramic option for our rigs, but if you call them you can phone order it.

Current E-Bay & phone price is $175 shipped.

Dragging this up from the dead but has anyone ever used these puck style clutches that you know of?
1988 Trooper 2.6L, MUA-5. Stripped naked and sent to the trail in the sky (crusher)
1989 Trooper (known here as Blackie) 2.6L, MUA-5 speed, 2" shackle lift, rancho shocks, big brakes up front, aisin hubs etc.

"Oil. What oil? Oh no, that's not a leak its just my truck sweating from all of the rock crawling we do."

Exedy/Daikin is as good as you will get for the Trooper Aaron. $110 for the kit from rockauto.com. Be glad it ain't for a 3.5 tranny, $427 for it. 8)

Hi Sassee, I've wondered if there's any reason you could not use the earlier, much less expensive 3.2 clutch on later models. Is there a significant torque capacity difference?

I admit I haven't done any research, making an assumption that the basic engine mounting and dimensions haven't changed.
1995 Trooper - first Troop long time ago, sold when 3rd child arrived
1994 Trooper - SOHC, 5 Spd, oldest child's first car
1993 Trooper RS -my DD, DOHC, 5 Spd, bought after driving first kid's rig, realized how much I used to like first Troop!
1998 Trooper - 3.5L oil burner, 5 Spd, 2nd child's car
1999 Trooper - 3.5L needs attention, 5 Spd, 15 YO son's future driver
1993 Trooper RS - DOHC, 5 Spd/blown clutch, significant body damage, not sure whether to modify or strip and crush
