3rd to 4th/OD shift for rodeo.

Postby Almasih » Fri May 13, 2016 11:27 am

Hi,

I am sure someone may have asked about this, or there is a thread about this but I can't seem to find it. Ok here goes.

I realized that the 5Omph is the mark speed at which the shift from 3rd to 4th or OD occurs in the 2nd Gen Rodeo. Anytime the speed falls to or below 50, it drops back to 3rd gear and consumes a lot of gas. Is there a solution to this, whereby the speed for the shift change could be reduced to somewhere 30 or 35mph?

And also if there's a way to reduce the shift RPMs on all gears.

Please help.

Thanks.
